is it better for me to do resistance training/sits ups/candlestick jumps etc or running to lose weight and shape up? mostly Im trying to lose flab from my inner thighs, arms and tummy@Anonymous
You would definitely want to do more running at first. Or any cardio really, because that’s what gets rid of excess fat. Once you lose all the fat you should focus more on resistance and strength exercises to tone up and lean out your body.
Sorry I haven’t posted like…. Anything. My computer has been all screwed up with virus’s and I had midterms yada yada yada. So I’ll try to get back on top of things asap!!
